Log In

Logging in is required to access D.Hub. User authentication is necessary for secure data management.

The login screen features a clean design with a video background.

How to Log In​

  1. Enter your ID in the Username input field.
  2. Enter your password in the Password input field.
  3. Click the Login button.

Upon successful login, you will be automatically redirected to the home dashboard.

SSO Login​

If your organization uses SSO (Single Sign-On):

  1. Click the Login with SSO button at the bottom of the login form.
  2. You will be redirected to your organization's authentication page to proceed with authentication.

Log Out​

To exit the system when you're done:

  1. Click the user profile area at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Select Log out from the popup menu.
  3. After logging out, you will be returned to the login page.

Troubleshooting​

  • Login failure: If an "Invalid credentials" message appears, verify your username and password.
  • Account locked: Your account may be locked after multiple failed attempts. In this case, contact your administrator.
