Resolve Policy

/api/v1/policies/:resource_id/resolve

Resolve the effective policy for a resource and user. The endpoint accepts service-token callers only. Owners, administrators, and resources without a policy receive an empty unrestricted policy. Row filters are combined with AND, and the strongest applicable column mask wins.
