Imports ontology scenario ZIP files and validates their contents.

📄️ Import Scenario

Validate or import an ontology scenario. When `register_as_sample=true`, administrators can register imported top-level collections as samples and grant public read access to those collections and their child resources. The option is ignored when `validate_only=true`.
