Test LLM Connection

/api/v1/llm/test

Test an LLM connection. When api_key is omitted and model_id is provided, the stored key is used. Testing a stored model requires write permission on that model; a pre-save test requires write permission on the target collection. Testing an arbitrary URL without resource context is restricted to administrators and managers.
